Duties and Responsibilities
- Effectively train and direct the activities of cashiers assigned to the front and set the standard for customer service.
- Supports to resolve cashier problems with the system and customers.
- Ability to process merchandise information through store computer system, POS register system and complete all required paperwork according to policy
- Schedule the working shifts accordingly to peak hours and overloaded days
- professional manner and provide quick responsive service to maximize the customer's shopping experience
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
- Balances cash drawer and receipts; documents discrepancies at the end of each shift
Qualifications and Skills
Education: University degree
Experience : A minimum of 3 years professional experience in management position.
Languages : Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and in Albanian.
Other :
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work harmoniously in a team;
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
