Duties and Responsibilities
- Enters purchases into cash register to calculate total purchase price.
- Accepts cash, or bankcards for payment; completes bankcard transactions according to established procedure.
- Counts money, gives change and issues receipt for funds received.
- Requests customer identification for certain discounts and receipts as required.
- Maintains sufficient amounts of change in cash drawer.
- Balances cash drawer and receipts;
- Assists customers in locating specific items and with the information on the latest offers and brochures.
- Keeps register area neat and stocked with necessary supplies.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: University degree
Experience : NA
Languages : Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and in Albanian.
Other :
- Excellent communication abilities are essential.
- Ability to count money and recognize their authenticity
- Ability to operate the specific cashier program necessary to perform the job.
