Propositions Product Manager


Job purpose: The individual will be responsible for the design, implementation and management of propositions.

Main job accountabilities

  • Product Management
  • Designing new tariffs and promotions based on market and competition analysis
  • Fully responsible for the overall product performance under his/hers responsibility
  • Develop detailed reporting on product performance
  • Coordinating with other departments for new proposition development and promotional activities
  • Develop training material and provide training, where necessary.
  • Participate in the development of the communication plan for each proposition (ATL, BTL & in store level)
  • Guidelines
  • Follows up with the latest Proposition developments and cooperates with the relevant functions to make sure that Propositions are developed accordingly.
  • Ensures that propositions conform to the brand guidelines

Profile Requirements

  • University Graduate/ preferably Business Management
  • Work well on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Good research, planning and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization).
  • Fluency in English
