Intercom Data Service Shpk, the biggest company in Albania is currently researching for a Business Controller - Planning & Reporting.
Job Descripiton: The Business Controller - Planning & Reporting will take a lead role with the financial processes for Intercom Data Service business in terms of planning, budgeting, & forecasting and also provides strong analysis & insights to performance variances and deviations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for assigned functional responsibility. Scope can be from orders, revenue, expense and through EBIT;
  2. Timely and accurate reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly.This would include functional reporting, Enterprise Software reporting, as well as external reporting at business level;
  3. Prepare monthly/quarterly financial packages for senior management review and discussion;
  4. Monitor and follow-up of the Business Unit performance and deviations/variances to plan including but not limited to volume/price/mix analysis;
  5. Support the Controlling Director in the development of presentations with respect to the financial plan, results and forecast;
  6. Maintain & ensure the data integrity of the financial information and reporting systems;
  7. Oversee the financial planning and analysis system;


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science/Engineering or other quantitative field
  • Detail oriented with strong analysis, process, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in MS office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • High-energy, positive team player that works well with others – this is a highly cross-functional role; egos are not welcome
  • Mandatory: Italian Language, written and spoken
