Inbound
- deal directly with customers in all the inbound or outbound channels by providing the needed information for product status
- handle and address promptly customer requests
- keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- record details of inquiries, comments and complaints in the system
- follow up on customer interactions
- document all call information according to standard operating procedure
- proactively propose operational improvements for the company based on voice of customer
- reports monthly to CEO in the department meeting the performance of the respective channel of communication in charge

Education and experience!
- university diploma
- proficient in Microsoft office applications
- required language proficiency in English
- knowledge of customer service principles and practices
