Main job task and responsibilities!
Inbound

  • deal directly with customers in all the inbound or outbound channels by providing the needed information for product status
  • handle and address promptly customer requests
  • keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • record details of inquiries, comments and complaints in the system
  • follow up on customer interactions
  • document all call information according to standard operating procedure
  • proactively propose operational improvements for the company based on voice of customer
  • reports monthly to CEO in the department meeting the performance of the respective channel of communication in charge

Education and experience!

  • university diploma
  • proficient in Microsoft office applications
  • required language proficiency in English
  • knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • some experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • good data entry and typing skills
