For the startup of our new 5-star hotel in Tirana, we are seeking to hire for the following positions:

CONCIERGE AGENT

This position requires eexperience in the same role for at least two years in 4/5 star hotels, preferably run by international hotel chains.

Main requirements for this position:

  • To have essential customer orientation "high demanding"
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Flexibility and dynamism
  • The willingness to work in shifts
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Propensity in application and maintaining the high standards of service of the company
  • Fluent knowledge of Albanian, Italian and English, written and spoken,
  • Mastery of the package "Office"


The research is aimed at candidates that highlight also problem solving skills, time management, accuracy and propensity on selling.
