BSS Analysis and Testing Specialist


Duties

• Responsible for testing within deadlines the IT product and service implementation.
• Test Performance through specific methodologies according to process type;
User acceptance testing, regression testing, integration testing.
• Developing user acceptance documents according to business requirements.
• Bug tracking and results reporting according to severity


Skills
• Very good understanding of Telecommunication services
• Good communication skills
• Problem solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Oracle, MS SQL.
• SAP Modules, SAP Solution Manager/Quality Assurance System knowledge considered advantageous.
• Very good command of English and Albanian languages
• Ability to work under pressure and with high workload

Experience
• At least 1 year in telecommunication industry.

Education
• Degree in (Bachelor/Master) Management Information System Computer Science or Telecommunication
