2.Key responsibilities
  • Represent Telekom Albania in all judicial instance regarding cases such as Bad debts, local taxes, etc.
  • Contributing to the preparation of legal suit.
  • Represent company in disputes with state authorities in cases that a legal resolution is required.
  • Support the coordination of company approach towards litigation or other proceedings to which the company is party;
  • Support in the development of Regulations and related material pertaining to the Company’s statutory functions, powers, etc.
  • Prepare and review agreements with suppliers and customer to prevent breaches of anti-trust law.
  • Drafting contracts and amendments relating to Local Taxes.
  • Drafting BOD documents; Develop guidance, policies, handbooks, manuals, etc, as required to facilitate ongoing compliance with Albanian Legislation.
  • Undertaking legal research as required;
  • Liaising with other parties; legal advisors, representatives as required;
  • Participate in cross – departmental projects occurred in legal department.
  • Lead assigned tasks for unspecified length of time in a specific area of law; assignments may change from time to time based on the needs of the company and personal development needs.

3.Job requirements
University

  • University Degree in Law, Attorney License

Experience

  • Several years experience related (minimum 8 years).

PC Skills

  • Very good command of Microsoft office package

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and drafting skills.
  • Take initiative and has good judgment in terms of own resource management and also involving others.
  • Team Player. Highly organized with the ability to work to deadlines and to prioritize conflict objectives. Able to deal appropriately with confidential information. Able to work independently and to advise minimal supervision on complex legal issues.

Language skills

  • Excellent command of English Language, spoken and written
