Aleat Sh.p.k., is an Albanian Joint Venture company of Morpho (previously Sagem Sécurité) and the Albanian American Enterprise, in charge for producing and distribution of ID Cards and Biometric Passports for Albanian Citizens.
For our organization we are looking for a Logistic Operator M/F for the summer flux period July-September 2016.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Get new post arrival. Organize and open post to further deliver it correctly internally to respective Departments;
  • Register high volume of documents, group and store them as per instructions given;
  • Control the documents and report on time different issues related to them;
  • Daily scan and check of receipts;
  • Understand and implement Work Orders and Work Processes;
  • Perform different tasks as assigned;


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS


  • High School Diploma/University Degree;
  • Good knowledge of computer skills;
  • Good written & verbal communication skills in English;
  • Fast learning skills to operate with different systems;
  • Have team spirit and as well be able to work independently in a team;
  • Ability to work fast and under pressure;
  • Serious and correct behavior;
  • Honesty and discretion;
  • Availability to work overtime, weekends and on shifts based on request;
