Profile We are looking for an energetic, flexible and confident individual to join our Team! Essential Job Requirements:
- · To ensure that the Restaurant Outlet is clean and tidy; set tables as per Restaurant standard prior to guests’ arrival.
- · Accurately pick-up, record and pre-check all food and beverage orders.
- · Serve guests their food and beverage in prompt, courteous manner as per standard of service.
- · Up-sell or promote all specials advertised in the Restaurant.
- · To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.
- · To handle guest queries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
- · Constant awareness of all the events taking place in the Hotel and services rendered by the Hotel to be able to provide the guests with correct information.
- · Good knowledge of the cashing system; responsibility for correctly keeping the guest’s account and settling payments.
- · During low occupancy of the Restaurant, to assist with stocking the work stations and clean them, polishing silverware, china and glassware.
- · Fluently English and Albanian verbal and written
- · Additional languages are definitely a plus (German or Italian desirable)
- · A willingness and ability to serve our demanding clientele
