IT Support Specialist

Responsibilities


  • Configure, upgrade, setup, and install computer hardware, software, and other equipments such as network routers, switches, phones and Ethernet cabling, DVR Security Cameras.
  • Provide technical and desk side user support for software, hardware, network problems.
  • Perform day to day maintenance on company Desktops and user problems.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software or connectivity problems, accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain and update software and install approved hot fixes and patches.
  • Provide individual and/or group instruction and training to users on computer technologies.
  • Printer/scanner/photocopies maintenance.


Skills and Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have:
  • 2+ year of experience in a similar position
  • University Degree in Computers Science
  • Good spoken and written English.
