We are looking for a potential candidate for the position of Sales Administrator for our Client.

Sales Administrator


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provides Administrational support
  • Analysis of Market and Sales Data
  • Provide secretarial assistance to Head of Sales, Area Sales Managers and Sales Coordinators producing letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, filing; and general administration for the sales department
  • Liaise with sales consultants and ensure they receive relevant copies of letters, price lists, memo’s, reports and standard forms by fax or post regularly.


Requirements
  • Experience 2-3 years in similar position
  • Excellent use of MS Office pack (excel, Word, Power-point)
  • Excellent knowledge of English language (Verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of Greek language will be a plus
