Direct Media is seeking to recruit:
Media Planer
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day media plan development, changes and maintenance based on internal marketing direction and the use of media research and experience.
- Negotiate and deliver the best efficiencies and value for all media placements.
- Liaise daily with the Regional team, as media strategy is developed. All plans must be communicated to and along with this team.
- Possess the ability to clearly present media plans to supervisor in written presentations, excel charts and power point decks and the same would apply to post-campaign analysis/reporting.
- Foster a good working relationship across departments within the organization and external points of contact to facilitate flawless execution of plans.
- Monitor and report on media marketplace to stay abreast of trends, identify opportunities in emerging media and related technologies.
- Manage Invoice and billing process to ensure accuracy within overall global media budget.
Qualifications:
- University degree - preferable in Marketing and Economics
- Understanding of media basics and concepts
- English Language a requirement
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
