Requirements:

- 5 Years experience in the same position
- University Degree in Geodesy
- Good English knowledge.

Duties and Responsibility:

- Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
- Search legal records, survey records, and land titles to obtain information about property boundaries in areas to be surveyed.
- Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain.
- Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys
- Record the results of surveys including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features.
- Establish fixed points for use in making maps, using geodetic and engineering instruments.
- Drafting plans, using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Estimating and drawing up project costs
- Gathering and analyzing data as the basis for plans and reports
- Assisting with environmental impact assessments
- Surveying buildings or mapping land use, using precision measuring instruments
- Valuing land, property and machinery for purchase, sale, taxation and insurance purposes
- Organizing the sale of assets by auction
- Supervising construction operatives on site
- Scheduling workloads and monitoring the progress of projects.
