- Very good computer knowledge;
- Excellent communication skills;

- Ability to provide written information clearly and effectively;
- Receives customer phone calls and aids them with fixing service problems;
- Monitors the system;
- Forward unsolved problems to technical staff;
- Provides feedback to supervisors, managers, colleagues and the client
- Prepares daily reports about customer concerns.
