Head of Customer Support

The successful applicant for this position will oversee the client support for a busy sports betting advisory service.
A knowledge of sports betting is essential for this role and you will also be required to interact with clients on a daily basis. A good phone manner and a level head is vital and the ability to speak a number of languages (English and Italian is required) would be a bonus. Previous experience of a similar position is preferred.
