Project Coordinator
Responsibility

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents file and retrieve documents and reference materials
  • conduct research, assemble and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
  • manage and maintain executives schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
  • arrange and coordinate meetings and events
  • record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
  • monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications
  • answer and manage incoming calls
  • receive and interact with incoming visitors
  • interact with external clients
  • co-ordinate project-based work
  • review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary


Skills:


  • Fluency in written and spoken German Language
  • Excellent analytical abilities and writing skills
  • University degree in foreign language, literature or related fields
  • Preferably experience with various tasks related with translation, interpretation, sales, marketing, PR . Previous experience in German speaking countries is considered an asset
  • 1-2 years of previous experience is preferred
  • Ability to work within a team.
  • Strong typing skills and Computer (PC) literacy mandatory
  • Attention to details
  • Effective time management
  • Energy and willingness
