LOCAL IT
Required qualifications:
- BSc in Informatic or electronic enginery
- High communication, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Very good PC skills
- working experience in the IT support
- HARDWARE:
- Collect the user needs, purchase the new HW, prepare and deliver the new HW, retire and dismiss the old HW following all the GSK SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- new pc setup/install (with remote help from Serbia)
- pc hardware maintenance/support (if pc breaks down to send it for repair and communicate with companies who provide this service)
- Local Print management (solve printer problems and maintenance, communicate with companies who provide this service)
NETWORK (Infrastructure support):
- Server Room Health Checks (Visual Inspection)
- managing/gathering network information and documentation
- configure/change ports for the office(Hardware Network Patching)
- Communication with Internet Service Provider regarding both main and backup link (in case of link problems or changes)
- Wireless backup link setup/changes/maintenance (when needed)
- providing support for broadcast testing and setup
- Audit Support & Preparation
TELEPHONY:
- Local PBX Administration & Support (telephony – IP or regular)
- Mobile phones and numbers administration and communication with mobile operator
