TITLE: Merchandiser
DEPARTMENT: Marketing
REPORTS TO: Marketing Manager

Summary:

"Merchandiser" is responsible for tactical, strategic, and execution of merchandising strategies of the company, also methodologies and programs to ensure that the retail is present according to local policies and standards, and effective regional group versus perception customer.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the maintenance of presenting the company and brands, developing / educating and training store staff by brands and merchandising concept.
  • Works with other departments to develop and implement merchandising programs of the company (plans and strategies of retail sale) to support seasonal and promotional launches.
  • Set and monitor performance and deadlines of the shop employees reporting to the Marketing Manager about the level / performance / implementation of standards and deadlines merchandising data.
  • Develop the best potential processes and programs with for the retail department.
  • Develops, manages and pursues merchandising budgets. This program includes a traveling budget for merchandising purpose of retail sales and expenses for the third party contracts.
  • Negotiates and manages contracts and programs with the third merchandising party
  • Coordinates and controls all actions, initiatives, plans, and merchandising arrangements with the suppliers.
  • Presents the program for merchandising sales and coordinates them with other necessary departments.
  • Compile plans and the best possible placement on field for a maximum impact in the sales environment.
  • Prepares and submits clear and well organized presentations, together with visual enhancements required presentations.
Description of Other Duties:
  • Participate in any training program
  • Ensure all required reports
  • Participate in various meetings of the company, especially the seasonal and promotional activities which require the support of MERCHENDISER.
Requirements:
  • College degree
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in marketing department
  • Multitasking abilities
  • Time management skills
  • Very good command of English language
  • Excellent skills in verbal and written communication
  • Energetic Personality
  • Preferred to have traveled
  • Must have a desire to travel at any time
