TAX ADVISOR

Our client is a well known international company operating successfully in Albania with business expanding plans. They are looking for an ambitious tax compliance advisor who is keen to progress.

More Specifically:

Job Role:


  • To contribute to the efficient and successful delivery of tax services to the clients.
  • The role is client facing and high client service is considered a key task.

Responsibilities:


  • To build and maintain tax relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service
  • To build relationships both within the firm and externally with clients, identifying opportunities and managing expectations
  • To contribute to winning new work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients.
  • To spot opportunities for cross selling
  • To manage the successful delivery of tax services, ensuring technical expertise and tailored business driven approach to client requests
  • To be responsible for day-to-day delivery of clients liaison
  • To be the key member of the client service group providing full tax services to a client portfolio
  • To be involved actively in terms of strategy and operations.

Profile Requirements:

  • Relevant tax compliance experience - at least 2 years in a compliance focused role
  • University degree, preferred postgraduate qualification in accounting and/or CPA, ACCA, CA qualification on process
  • Commercial attitude with the desire to consider the wider business implications of tax
  • Ability to build strong client relationships
  • Relationship management skills with ability to manage client expectations
  • Team player with ability to create, maintain and lead effective teams
  • Client driven with a strategic and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communicator in a range of situations both written and verbal
  • English language is a MUST
  • Enthusiastic with a flexible attitude to work
