Pre-Sales Engineer /Junior Account Manager

Job Description

The Pre-Sales Engineer/Junior Account Manager role is to coordinate technical pre-sales activities related to company customer base as well as manage small Client Accounts.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in all levels of technical account planning and accompanies sales account managers on visits to customers for better understanding of its requirements.
• Assist and works with Bid Technical Specifications and in collaboration with Systems Engineering Department come out with proposals.
• Assist in the designs and preparation of detailed specifications for different deals and projects and generate Bill of Materials for quotations.
• Assist sales in gathering 3rd party pricing and liaising with 3rd parties, if required.
• Ability to prepare Customer’s presentations and clarifications.
• Explain complex concepts to all audiences including non-technical people and be able to answer all customers’ technical questions either directly, through emails or in RFPs.
• Ability to independently learn and acquire deep knowledge of company products and services, in order to design efficient solutions to customers’ requirements.
• Coordinate with the sales team in formulating and building up proposal knowledge.
• Transfer industry, technical and product knowledge to customers and partners via good written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Set-up and operates equipments for relevant customer demos and trade shows.
• Coordinate with the sales team in formulating and building up proposal knowledge. increasing market share by supporting business development.
• Reports to the Pre-Sales Support Manager/Chief Technology Officer.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Requires a bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science.

Experience

At least 2 year of experience and substantial exposure toboth in-house and shared or out-sourced systems, multiple hardware platforms, and integrated information and communications systems.








KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES


Comprehensive knowledge of:
· Equipment and software characteristics of various computer systems and a good understanding of system features and their integration capabilities

Proven skills in:

· Written and verbal communication in Albanian & English
· Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentations skills.
· Interpersonal relationship building
· Good exposure to technology platforms
· Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
