Role: The F&B Service Attendant/Cashier is responsible effective selling and providing efficient and fast restaurant/fast food services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promoting and selling F&B products and offerings.
  • Greeting guests and answering their questions about meal offerings or specific dietary requests.
  • Providing knowledgeable, friendly, professional and efficient F&B Service and to all guests ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in a manner consistent with FEC standards.
  • Performing cashiering tasks.
  • Identifying and take all opportunities to enhance the quality of service (upselling, guest recognition, Park knowledge, etc.)
  • Anticipating customer needs and expectations correctly, including those with special needs, and provide appropriate products, services or information.
  • Ensuring that everything is show-ready for guests and employees by stocking outdoor food carts, checking in food product and jumping in to assist fellow staff when needed.
  • Practicing high standards of personal presentation in accordance with FEC grooming & presentation standards.


Required Education and Experience:
  • High school graduate. Diploma/ Certification in Food Safety/Handling.
  • Knowledge in food handling, cashiering and guest services.
  • At least 2 years work experience in food handling, cashiering and guest services preferably in retail/leisure/travel/tourism/ hotel/hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work with others in a team environment.
  • Technical ability and knowledge of POS, computer and kitchen equipment.
  • English language proficiency.
