Role: The F&B Service Attendant/Cashier is responsible effective selling and providing efficient and fast restaurant/fast food services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promoting and selling F&B products and offerings.
- Greeting guests and answering their questions about meal offerings or specific dietary requests.
- Providing knowledgeable, friendly, professional and efficient F&B Service and to all guests ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in a manner consistent with FEC standards.
- Performing cashiering tasks.
- Identifying and take all opportunities to enhance the quality of service (upselling, guest recognition, Park knowledge, etc.)
- Anticipating customer needs and expectations correctly, including those with special needs, and provide appropriate products, services or information.
- Ensuring that everything is show-ready for guests and employees by stocking outdoor food carts, checking in food product and jumping in to assist fellow staff when needed.
- Practicing high standards of personal presentation in accordance with FEC grooming & presentation standards.
Required Education and Experience:
- High school graduate. Diploma/ Certification in Food Safety/Handling.
- Knowledge in food handling, cashiering and guest services.
- At least 2 years work experience in food handling, cashiering and guest services preferably in retail/leisure/travel/tourism/ hotel/hospitality industry.
- Ability to work with others in a team environment.
- Technical ability and knowledge of POS, computer and kitchen equipment.
- English language proficiency.
