Costumier, salary $ 900



Role: The Costumier is responsible for providing efficient assistance on costume and uniform fittings, alterations, and on-set assistance to the staff and entertainers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the quality of all costume pieces and uniforms through maintaining and requesting for cleaning and repairs, if needed.
  • Monitoring inventory for wear and tear, requesting replacements when necessary and needed.
  • Presetting costumes daily by grouping all costume pieces for each performer, issuing the costumes to the performers.
  • Delivering and picking-up costumes as needed to/from various locations, both on property entertainment venues and off-site storage locations.
  • Assisting in fittings for new and existing performers, observing character sets or shows for costume appearance, and noting and relaying those observations to management.
  • Assisting with special event preparation and tear down of costumes.
  • Assisting with set up of costumes for new characters or shows by arranging for storage space within the issue area, gathering the relevant pieces, and incorporating new costumes into the current process of issue and cleaning.
  • Dressing performers as required.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Assisting in the performance of other special duties and projects as needed in support of operational and organizational goals.


Required Education and Experience:
  • High-school diploma or any relevant course
  • Wardrobe fittings and alteration skills.
  • Knowledge on advanced garment construction, machine stitching, and alterations.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar field.
  • English language proficiency.
