Event Organizer/Host, salary $ 1500

Role: The Event Organizer/Host is responsible for the delivery of a well-planned world- class themed events to set and improve excellent guests satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Events Management
  • Managing the planning, coordination and implementation of special events i.e. birthday parties, school activities, etc.
  • including coordination of efforts among other business/revenue-generating departments
  • Creating detailed run of show for events and manages on-site production to ensure smooth execution of events
  • including critical decisions regarding event management in the field as related to staffing, event logistics, event control, emergency management and safety and breakdown.

  • Hosting regular and special events.
  • Assisting with event set-up and break-down and daily management of programs when necessary.
  • Assisting in the performance of other special duties and projects as needed in support of organizational goals.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Any relevant course
  • Excellent skills on hosting and events management.
  • Experience in the amusement and attractions industry is preferred.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, effectively manage time and meet targets deadlines with limited supervision.
  • Ability to work with others in a team environment.
  • Good knowledge, with experience in using Microsoft Office.
  • English language proficiency.
