Description of duties:
· preparation and maintenance of accurate accounting records;
· daily recording of accounting transactions;
· preparation and processing payments;
· performing all administrative tasks relating to maintenance of stock records;
ensuring effectiveness in all administration related activities
· preparation of various documentation and creating different reports and presentations on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis for internal purpose
· office administration and business correspondence;
Requirements:
· At least 2 years accounting experience in similar position;
· A bachelor’s or higher degree in Finance, Economics or other relevant subjects;
· PC skill (MS-word, excel, access);
· High knowledge of Albanian and International accounting principles and procedures and IFRS;
· Knowledge of commercial laws, tax laws, labor’s laws in Albania;
· Very good analytical skills;
· Hard working, self-demanding and result-oriented personality;
· Problem solving skills;
· Very good English language knowledge is a must,
