Job position: Service Supporting Specialist
Department: Commercial
Location: Tirana

Summary: The Internal Supporting Specialist, serve as interface between Service points (ES & IT services) and Neptun.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· First interface for Service points versus Neptun, and vice versa, also from POS/BU of Neptun versus Service points. Coordinate between all functions.
· As an interface will try to find the best solution for Neptun Customer, and Neptun as Company, based on cases.
· Interface with partners for following the DOA products declaration together with ES.
· Responsible on products of warehouse of SS/M16’s. Means that will follow the procedures relating the products. Follow up the status of the products and find a solution for the problems.
· Reporting daily/weekly/monthly to the manager.
· Be part of Inventory/status with ES for the stock on bases defined between two companies.


Other Job Functions:
· Attending in systematic meeting;
· Attend to any kind of training programs;
· Providing feedback to his/her manager;
· Monitor the process and report to his/her manager.


Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree ( preferred in Economics);
· Ability to operate Microsoft Office applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail;
· Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English;
· Excellent organizational and coordination skills;
· Ability to quickly acquaint to new situations;
· Previous relevant work experience ( customer care is preferred);
· Ability to maintain confidentiality.
