Waiter/Waitress in Doha, Qatar ( M/F )

Responsibilities
1.Customer Service Duties
 · Providing excellent customer service
· Greeting patrons once they are seated
· Presenting menus to customers
· Explaining menu items to customers
· Answering questions from patrons about food, coffees and beverages.
· Sharing information with customers about the status of their orders
· Finding out if customers need additional items
· Verifying that customers are satisfied with their orders
2.Sales Duties
 · Taking food and drink orders
· Upselling additional food and beverage products to patrons
· Entering each item ordered into coffee shop register system
· Delivering checks to customers
· Accepting payment.
3.Operations Duties
· Communicating customer orders to bar staff.
· Ensuring that customer orders are assembled properly in the bar.
· Delivering orders to customers
· Removing empty plates and soiled napkins from tables.
· Attending scheduled team or shift meetings
· Training new food servers
Requirements
1. Minimum high school diploma or equivale
2. Must be able to work overtime, including weekends, evenings and special events as needed.
3. Well-organized and detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
4. Basic math skill
The company provides:
· 1 ticket per year from Tirana to Doha and form Doha to Tirana.
· Shared Accommodation
· Total cover of Qatari visa expenses
· Total cover of yearly Qatari health insurance.
· 1 meal per day will be provided on the workplace

Leave & Ticket: During the first year of employment, he can avail of sick leave but no paid leave will be permissible before the completion of 12 months. Entitled toa normal yearly paid leave not less than to 21 days. The schedule of vacation may be advanced / postponed to suit the company’s operational requirements. Entitled to return tickets to home country as per passport for self only, once every year post completion of 12 months of employment.
