Job position: Client Advisor
Department: Retail
Location: Tirana

Summary: The Client Advisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of his/her section in accordance with overall company policy. The main focus of the client advisor is to provide exceptional service to all customers and to maintain in order the area under his/her responsibility.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Responsible to deliver the monthly sales plan of his/her section;
· Communicate and service the customers;
· Responsible for the maintenance of his/her section;
· Following/implement the merchandising guidelines of his/her section;
· Organize the positioning and the appearance of the products of his/her section;
· Responding to customer complaints and comments;
· Have extensive knowledge of the current stock of his/her sections;
· Organizing and propose orders to his/her manager;
· Implement inventories of his/her section and report the results.

Other Job Functions:
· Attending in systematic sales meeting;
· Attend to any kind of training programs;
· Providing feedback to his/her manager;
· Monitor the local competition and report to his/her manager.

Qualifications and Skills:
· High school diploma (University degree is an advantage);
· At least 2 years of working experience in a relevant position;
· Languages: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and in Albanian;
· Computer skills: Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
· Excellent organizational and coordination skills;
· Ability to quickly acquaint to new situations;
· Ability to maintain confidentiality.
