Job Title: Tax & Accounting Specialist
Location: Tirana, Albania

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Management of all balance sheet open items.

Responsible for accounting of receivables and payables

In charge for maintenance of Fixed Assets module Depreciation booking in Navision software according to IFRS and tax standards

Payroll accounting

Foreign currency re-valuation

In charge for the reporting of inventory reports. Supervising all inventory related activities and stocktaking

Accounting entries for VAT reverse charges Preparation of VAT invoices and drafting of tax declarations;

Tax:

Drafting correspondence with relevant tax authorities;

Dealing with tax inspections

Preparation of annual corporate income tax return;

Reconciliation and declaration of gaming taxes;

Finalization and declaration of tax books and related VAT returns;

Declaration of withholding tax return;

Invoices issued by the buyer for services received from individuals;

Preparation of reverse charge invoices for international services;

Coordination, reconciliation and payments of municipality taxes;

Skills:

• Previous experience with Navision would be an asset;
• Very good knowledge of international tax&accounting standards;
• Familiar with tax declarations and main tax treatment;
• Self starter attitude, able to handle multi tasks;
• Organised and systematic;
• At least 3 years of previous experience within an international company;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
