2.Key responsibilities
- Take active part in developing and implementing short- and long-term procurement strategies designed to reduce costs and improve quality and service while meeting company goals and objectives and working closely with company staff to ensure these measures are achieved.
- To negotiate, execute, and administer procurement actions pursuant to Telekom Albania procedure.
- Conducting market research to identify sources of supply, present technical specifications for requirements, estimated costs. To reviewed/evaluated bids, and recommend the best value.
- Categorizing and archiving routine procurement correspondence on the status of the goods, partial receipt, method of shipment, clarification of misunderstandings from both local and abroad vendors.
- To organise, lead, motivate and to ensure the correct and timely allocation of the workload amongst the team members.
- Coordinate and supports monthly reports administration as required.
- Run and coordinate diffrent procurement special project as per need.
- Other duties as per job responsibilities
3.Job requirements
University
- University Degree
Experience
- At least 5 years previous experience in Procurement Field.
PC Skills
- Very Good Knowledge on microsoft office package.
Competencies/ soft skills
· Fluent in English. Communication Skills.
· Negotiation Skills. Analytical skills.
