Megatek S.A., the biggest Do-IT-Yourself wholesale and retail hypermarket in Albania,is currently looking for a potential candidate for the position of Marketing Specialist.


Role Title: Marketing Specialist
Job Status/Type: Full Time Employee
Report to: Marketing & Online Sales Director
Location: Tirana, Albania

Purpose of Role: Follows up and is responsible for all BTL tactics that are related and impact on the brand image and brand equity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in development and implementation of Marketing strategy.
  • Responsible for marketing wide variety of activities, including brochures, catalogs, flyers, advertising, e-mail campaigns, press releases etc.
  • Follow up the relationship between company and media including TV, Radio, Newspapers, magazine etc.
  • Measure effectiveness of communications channels and programs to meet the specific needs of audiences, evaluate success and course correct as necessary to improve the impact of communication.
  • Oversee distribution of the brochures and all other advertising materials, in order to complete communications within agreed upon timelines. Monitor execution of the approved distribution plan.
  • Collaborate with graphics design team and follows the realization of every material that contains company logo.
  • Establish very good communications and working relationship with other departments, Product Managers, and outside vendors (agencies, designers and production firms).
  • Other duties as needed/requested.


Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, or Communications.
  • 2 years marketing experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral and written skills required.
  • High-energy and displays positive energy in team dynamic.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work under pressure and multitasked.
  • Detail oriented and well organized will be extremely important.
  • Fluent in English.
