Primary objectives
HR Business Partner is a key position in Human Resources and Training Departmentbeing able to manage multi tasks, provide support to the bank staff and bankmanagement on different HR processes and projects. Mainly responsible for themanagement of the recruitmen and separation process, performance management,employee relations and career interviews.


Key roles & responsibilities

1. Responsibleon the recruitment and integration process of the new employees;
2. Shortlistingand interviewing candidates for the bank vacancies;
3. Handle theinterviewing process and provide feedback reports on the interviewedcandidates
4. Participatein different HR events
5. Participateand represent the bank in different job fairs or other HR activities;
6. Well managethe filing for each recruitment process in the bank
7. Managedifferent HR situations and assist bank management with the support in relationto HR issues
8. Adapt therecruitment strategy toward the latest requirements;
9. Act as thefirst line of contact in Human Resources for any employee relations issues;
10. Prepare theHR monthly reports and any necessary reports on the bank staff;
11. Assist inthe workforce planning process;
12. Giveproposals, design and develop different HR policies and procedures as requiredand needed;
13. Propose newideas and alternatives for improvement of the HR processes;
14. Preparedifferent studies, reports and memo as required;
15. Manage thestaff career interviewing process;
16. Responsiblefor the application process for work permit and residence permit for theexpatriates;
17. Manage andfollow up the bank authorized signatures process;
18. Responsiblefor different HR projects;
19. Assist whenneeded during different HR processes;

Required skills

  1. Bachelor Degree in Economy from a prestigious university
  2. At least three years of previous experience in Human Resources or other fields related to communication and management
  3. Excellent communication skills;
  4. Excellent presentation skills
  5. Able to manage difficult/ conflictual situation
  6. Able to manage and work under pressure
  7. Able to manage workload and to think strategically;
  8. Able to work on multidisciplinary tasks;
  9. Very good writing skills
  10. Able to analyze data and write reports to the required standards
  11. Well Organized
  12. Able to manage and keep confidentiality
  13. Fluent in English
  14. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
