Project Supervisor (Electrical Engineer)

For our client, one of the biggest producers worldwide of electrical materials operating currently in Albania & Kosovo through their Representative Office, we are seeking for an energetic commercial engineer in the key role of Project Supervisor (Electrical Engineer)

The Role:

The balance depending on the level of technical knowledge and understanding, the Project Supervisor will need to sell the brand and product specifications the company is offering, respond to clients’ queries as well as research suitable solutions that best fit the client’s needs. A professional with sound technical knowledge, he/she will be involved in projects from the concept and detail of design, to implementation.
The Project Supervisor will report to the Country Manager Albania.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and meet relevant partners, investors, contractors, installers, panel builders
  • Identify the customer requirements and propose them solutions
  • Identify and follow the project realizations in Albania and Kosovo
  • Read design specifications and technical drawings
  • Prepare project documentation, report activities, provide presentations
  • Search for suitable solutions, costs estimates and timescales
  • Have deep knowledge about competitors’ products and solutions
Requirements:
  • University degree in Electrical Engineering
  • + 3 years related work experience
  • Sound technical skills combined with a consulting sales approach
  • The ability to prioritize and plan effectively
  • Excellent team working and people skills
  • Sound judgment and good business sense
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office package
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Driving license
