The primary responsibility of the candidate will be to support with all relevant reporting the commercial team, to organize and manage together with a team of sales analysts the sales and commercial data while ideally to identify opportunities, summarizing findings and making recommendations in an effort to best optimize sales performances.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage a team of sales administrators
• Ensure the accurate and optimum daily, weekly, monthly sales reporting
• Prepare the monthly/yearly budget as per distributor/brand pack/promotor
• Perfom trends analysis and provide recomendations
• Effectively and efficiently manage the collection, organization, and use of commercial data
• Evaluate performance against sales objectives
• Ensure the contniues development of the sales administration capabilities
• Assists/Represents the Sales management team with presentations and or reports as required.


Skills & Qualifications:
• University degree in Informatics, Business Informatics or Administration.
• Must have a minimum of 2-3years of experience in databases and data processes and analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office with an advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to explain analysis and recommendations to all levels of the organization.
• Managerial experience of leading a small team.
• Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
• Very good knowledge of English, Italian is a plus
• Experience with business process improvement and working with others to implement change will be considered a plus.
