CLO Legal Solutions is looking for a candidate for the vacant position of
FINANCE ASSISTANT
Main duties and Responsibilities:
• Office management: oversee finance & administrative functions, ensuring smooth daily operations and tax, employee, social insurance declarations, preparation and declaration of invoices (sales & expenses), identifying office needs and ensure they are properly met
• Assist lawyers in various duties by dealing with administrative, finance and TAX matters
• Monitoring and tracking the progress of all ongoing projects and reporting to the Management
• Organize and maintain office systems and administrative & finance files, whilst ensuring the confidentiality of documents
Skills and requirements
• University degree in a relevant area
• Able to speak and write with a high standard of English
• Able in Business Planing
• Advanced knowledge in Financa 5 MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Able to work multifunctional tasks in the pressure of time
• Pleasant personality with a “can do” attitude
• Able to work in team
