Our client, a non tobacco FMCG is one of the most successful food production and export companies in the region who offers a wide range of top-quality consumer products to its partners, hotels, restaurants and bars, thereby providing superior partner support.
Following their business consolidation in the region, our client has an open vacancy in Tirana for an experienced and dedicated HORECA / FMCG professional in the key role of Managing Director for Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia.
Job summary:
The main task of the HORECA Managing Director will be managing the business in ALMAKO region by managing the distributor and Key Account customers. He/ She will report to the Regional Director for HoReCa Sales based in Adriatic Region.
Responsibilities:
- Company P&L
- Leading and motivating the team
- Development and sustainable medium-term plans preparation
- Ensure delivery of rapid growth of share with faster gross margin growth than profit growth
- Minimum 5 years Sales & Marketing experience handling FMCG accounts specific to HORECA customers in the region; HoReCa business knowledge in detail
- Market knowledge of Albania; Market knowledge of Kosovo and Macedonia – preferable
- Retail business experience and knowledge preferred but not required
- Team leadership, Strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills
- Strong relationship management/conflict management skills
- Knowledge of financial parameters
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of Serbo-Croatian is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to travel as needed, flexible working-time
- Curious, passionate, result oriented and self-driven
