Seaking English speaking Agents

For its headquarters in Tirana

The successful candidate will have the task of supporting the entire staff in the following activities:

- operates and/or controls telemarketing contact center(s) for the purpose of receiving inbound telephone calls and or making outbound telephone calls to potential customers.
- we are looking also for night shift agents

Basic requirements:

- very good English speaker;
- Previous experience it will be better
- Good use of computer systems;
- Excellent collaboration skills;
- The knowledge of other language is an asset.
- availability from 14:00-21:00
- availability for the night shift from 20:00-04:00
