JOB PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE:
Address, facilitate and report all administrative and functional tasks related to the Human Resources function, and provide administrative / office support to the Managing Director of the company and its Senior Management.

Description
• Ensure that job descriptions are complete for all job positions in the organization
• Work with line managers on succession planning and talent development
• Plan recruitment needs with line managers
• Initiate recruitment process with external agencies
• Provide briefing documents for recruitment agencies or manage the advertisement of vacant positions
• Collect interest and conduct initial assessment prior to presentation of shortlisted candidates to line managers
• Oversee recruitment process and manage till completion
• Organize employment contract, employee file and induction program, and all relevant governmental procedures related to new recruitment
• Keep update with market trends related to compensation and benefits

• Administer the monthly payroll & employee benefits program, under the supervision and approval of Finance Director
• Prepare on time and with accuracy various personnel related reports / information required regularly e.g. salary reviews, annual performance reports, hiring/firing/promoting related documentations, exit interview reports, vacation reconciliation, organization charts etc.
• Maintain an up-to date personal database on internal system and maintain “hard copy” personnel files
• Track attendance of all employees, sick leave, holidays, and domestic and international travelling movements
• Identify HR related cost savings and implement following alignment with senior management

• Organize employee engagement activities and company functions
• Address disciplinary issues in cooperation with line mangers and senior management
• Assist in updating relevant HR policies & ensure compliance with labour law
• Keep update with any changes in government regulations that have an HR impact
• Assist in launching the HR policies to company’s employees and ensuring understanding and compliance
• Address any questions related to HR policies
• Assist the Managing Director in all aspects of daily work
• Manage day / weekly / monthly / yearly activities calendar
• Manage the day-to - day HO needs / office management
• Organize and maintaining files and records of MD
• Plan and schedule meetings and appointments of MD
• Make senior management travel and guest arrangements
• Manage incoming and outgoing communication
• Assist in organizing company events e.g. shareholders meeting, employee meetings, sales meetings, distributor meetings, principals meetings etc.

• Managing Director, Senior Management and all company employees
External:
• Recruitment Agencies, Government Authorities, Travel Agencies, external consultants etc.

Minimum Qualifications:
• University Degree, fluent in English
Minimum Experience:
• Previous experience as an EA of at least 4 years, with HR experience of at least 2 years
Job-Specific Skills:
• Excellent MS office skills, solid organizational skills, and very good communication & interpersonal skills, trustworthy
