Customer Care operator various shifts

  • Very good computer knowledge;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • University degree is a plus
  • Ability to provide written information clearly and effectively
  • Receives customer phone calls and aids them with fixing service problems;
  • Monitors the system;
  • Forward unsolved problems to technical staff;
  • Provides feedback to supervisors, managers, colleagues and the client
  • Prepares daily reports about customer concerns
