Product Manager
Our client, a rapidly growing & innovative pharmaceutical manufacturer is expanding the team in Albania and seeking an energetic, self-motivated, assertive sales person to fulfill the Product Manager position.
The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in business-to-business sales and experienced in Pharma/ medical industry.
As a Product Manager for this pharma company you will be responsible for the overall management of the following:
- Identify and qualify a client’s targeted decision-makers and influencers
- Create and manage client prospect lists in conjunction with the marketing team
- Introduce the technical, healthcare products to potential customers
- Arrange phone and in-person meetings in conjunction with and in addition to the efforts of the marketing team
- Develop customer strategy around marketing/selling company’s solutions – assess quality of leads, messaging, and target audience
- Learn new products and procedures quickly
- Send follow-up communication, including emails and calendar invites, and pursue other relationship-nurturing techniques
- Develop and maintain a timetable sales/business plan
- Document all sales activity in CRM system or spreadsheet
- Meet or exceed all industry certifications and maintain all Continuing Pharma/medical Education
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times (with both internal employees and external clients)
- Organizing conferences and events for doctors and other opinion leaders
- University education preferably in Pharma or Medicine/ or in a scientific background
- At least 4 years of successful Healthcare related sales experience or be able to demonstrate sales ability
- Very good English knowledge
- Very good command of MS Office
- Be able to meet sales targets and maintain med/ physician relationships within a specific geography
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of necessary disease states and possess a solid ability to communicate necessary technical, scientific, and product and disease management information to customers
- Completion of all industry sales training programs and acquire industry certifications
- Be able to develop superior selling, technical and relationship building skills
- Must be able to address healthcare professionals needs with responsive approach, targeted skills, and appropriate resources
- Strong knowledge of disease states, therapeutic areas, and products
- Demonstrated business acumen
