Job Description


  • Prepare POS for installation, install and train merchant in their location,
  • Control POS in the field and ensure that all the POS are operating properly,
  • Ensure that merchant in which is installed the POS is conducting the business as declared and according to the respective agreement,
  • Monitor merchant activity (new merchant, ongoing merchant and periodic merchant review),
  • Manage the issues in POS and solve the problems on POS,
  • Test and ensure that all new enhancements in POS are according to the requirements and standards,
  • Follow up the disputes for the merchant transaction and communicate with the branches/merchants to provide the supported documentations in such cases,
  • Identify and test software bugs and forward them to the responsible parties,
  • Follow up the issues, supply the requested information to the third party provider and make sure that the suggested modifications are implemented on the system,


Skills / Qualifications
  • University Degree,( Master Degree Advantage,In Informatics, Electrical Engineering,
  • Electronical Engineering and similar fields.)
  • Very good command of English,
  • To be pleasant and friendly,
  • Driving license,
  • To be able to travel inside the country,
  • To be able to work over time,
