Banka NBG Albania SH.A. is looking for a Marketing Specialist within Retail BAnking

Role Objective

Marketing specialist is responsible for execution of a marketing strategy that helps the bank grow and achieve its objectives. At the same time, the marketing specialist is responsible to execute strategy to increase brand awareness, to promote it, to assist in strategic projects, to promote products and a segment level in accordance to guidelines approved by International Banking.


The candidates should at least meet the following requirements:

· Academic Knowledge: University degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, Media Relations or Business Administration
· Foreign Languages: Knowledge of the English language
· Work Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in the marketing field, including experience in the banking sector
Skills / Specialized Know How: Knowledge of marketing & advertising techniques, awareness of banking products and services and sales distribution channels, PCLiteracy, as well as specialised trainings and professional qualifications / certificates required according to the local regulatory framework.
