Main Responsibilities
Assist with the administration and organization of events, seminars, wedding ceremonies, etc. Manage the function diaries, takes and place provision orders, and customer/client liaison. Maintain a library of available equipment and facilities for meeting/functions.
Requirements
Excellent knowledge of English and Albanian
Work experience in the requested position or similar
Abilities
The ideal candidate would enjoy leading and developing associates, resolving problems under time pressure, be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience
