In order to strengthened its presence on the regional markets, our client is looking for motivated candidates for the position of

AREA SALES MANAGER
for Albania and Kosovo



Tasks and responsibilities:
• Responsible for sales objectives and results
• Maintaining and expanding customer base
• Maintaining competitor awareness
• Contributing to the regional plan
• Preparing business plans
• Managing customer retention
• Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of products and services
• Growing in new accounts
• Growing the business
• Implements trade promotions
• Conducting performance reviews
• Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting

Requirements:
• University degree, preferably in Economics
• 5+ years of related industry experience
• Readiness to travel frequently, valid driving licence
• English fluent in writing and speaking
• Knowledge of Croatian-Serbian language preferable
• Excellent IT skills
