JOB ANNOUNCEMENT FOR EXECUTIVE SECRETARY/PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO GENERAL MANAGER

Main responsibilities:
- Facilitates General Manager’s daily activities by arranging meetings and agenda.
- Translation of documents from Albanian into English and vice versa..
- Screening of incoming phone calls.
- Arranging travels and hotel reservation.
- Additional tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
Requirements of the position:
· University Degree in English
· Two years of relevant experience in the field
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Flexible and organized.
