Regency Casino Tirana, the only licensed live-game Casino in Albania and one of the biggest international companies operating in Tirana is looking for an Executive Secretary/personal Assistant to General Manager

An excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and creative individual to join and to make a valuable contribution to our business.


Main responsibilities:



  • Facilitates General Manager’s daily activities by arranging meetings and agenda.


  • Translation of documents from Albanian into English and vice versa..


  • Screening of incoming phone calls.


  • Arranging travels and hotel reservation.


  • Additional tasks as assigned by the General Manager.


Requirements of the position:

· University Degree in English
· Two years of relevant experience in the field
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Flexible and organized.
