Commercial Representative in Kosovo

Our client is an international company operating in the field of system enhancement services. The company provides a wide range of electronic devices and solutions systems to improve business operations efficiently. Due to their business expanding in Kosovo, they are currently looking for and experienced Commercial Representative to join their team.

Job Overview:

1. As a Commercial Representative you will be responsible for selling the products, to clearly understand customers' business requirements and recommend solutions that will solve their business issues

2. After a training program, much of your time will be spent in the field, soliciting referrals, generating leads, preparing bids, making sales presentations as well as working with current customers

Responsibilities:
  • Develops new opportunities for the company’s product line and sells to new customers, up sell to existing customers / B2B clients using a consultative sales approach
  • Makes contact with businesses through on-site cold calls and networking by visiting properties and talking to management or owners
  • Identifies and creates business needs with senior executive decision makers
  • Develops a detailed territory plan; further more develops individual account strategies to effectively penetrate accounts
  • Creates and communicates the value of our solution with prospects and clients
  • Maintains an accurate and timely forecast
  • Uncovers opportunities by working on leads driven by marketing activities such as webinars, email promotions, trade shows and events, web and phone enquiries participation in sector associations
  • Provides customer service (handling and resolving customer problems)
  • Responsible for achievement of quarterly, year-to-date and annual sales goals/targets
Job Requirements:
  • University Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years inside sales experience in a B2B commercial sales role; knowledge in selling to manufacturing/ processing/ packaging sector is an advantage
  • Strong organizational, oral and written communication and customer service skills
  • Very good knowledge of English language
  • Very good computer skills
  • Excellent telephone selling skills; ability to clearly demonstrate and articulate the value proposition
  • Demonstrates exceptional follow-through and personal drive
  • Excellent time management skills and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Organized and detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills
  • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • A valid driver’s license
