In order to strengthen our capacities in internal auditing, we are seeking to recruit a:

IT AUDITOR
Your main responsibilities will consist in:

  • Performing IT audits (identify, assess, document and report risks, propose solutions, monitor implementation of agreed actions) both locally and in the other banks of the Banking Group;
  • Participating in the local bank’s audits together with the members of local Internal Audit Department;
  • Monitoring overall risk level in IT area. Identifying the most critical areas for auditing;
  • Developing specialized IT audit programs together with Group IT auditors;
  • Supporting Internal Audit Department with IT expertise in everyday work. Providing training and explanations for department's members;
  • Together with local risk management and ISO act as an independent consultant for IT in projects;
  • Assessing and ensuring implementation of Group IT audit recommendations.

If you identify with the goals and ethical values of our company, are curious about other countries and cultures, and have the following qualifications:

· University degree in Computer Science, Risk Management, Information Security or IT Auditing;
· At least 2 years in IT auditing, IT or information security preferably as a team leader;
· Good working knowledge with international audit procedures, methodologies and standards (ISACA, GTAG, etc.)
· Working knowledge in project management and risk control frameworks;
· Understanding of basic concepts in the fields of: Networking, Windows server OS family maintenance, database management systems, business applications;
· Ability to communicate with people having various backgrounds: IT administrators, auditors, executives;
· Ability to travel abroad 30-50% of the time;
· Swift-learner, self-starter and able to work autonomously;
· Strong interpersonal skills, including leadership, negotiation, influence and conflict resolution;
· Perfect written and oral communication skills;
· Fluent in English (both spoken and written).

Preferred:


· Experience as an administrator or an auditor with one or all of the following IT technologies is preferred:

Networking: security (firewalls, IDS/IPS systems), switching, routing.
Operating systems: MS Windows OS family (configuration, hardening, Active Directory, auditing).
Databases: MS SQL (configuration, hardening, auditing).
Auditing of business applications (proper design, configuration reviews, and security).


· CISA/CISM/CISSP certification.
· Profound IT-related courses (e.g. MS, Cisco, and RDBMS).
· Knowledge of security and banking related standards (ISO 27001, PCI DSS).
