HR with Call Center Experience
Alba Consulting on behalf of one of its clients is looking for an Experienced HR for Call Center. The HR will assist with various tasks of the hiring process, ensuring outstanding service and successful placements:
  • Conduct telephone interviews with candidates using behavioral based scripts.
  • Document interview results in staffing system.
  • Using HR knowledge, judge recommendation for further interviews with candidate.
  • Ensure that all new hire paperwork has been completed and is returned to the HR Service Center for processing.
  • Ensures job placement and new hire process are completed to HR standard operating procedures.

Skills, Ability and Experience Required:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – ability to interface with job candidates as well as management team via phone and email.
  • Attention to detail in processing HR hiring materials with accuracy.
  • Comfortable with computers and navigating multiple screens.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Human Resource/Staffing with Call Center Experience is preferred
  • Customer Service Call Center experience is a plus.
  • You must be flexible .
  • High energy; ability to work at a fast pace and meet deadlines.
  • Capable of performing repetitive customer service and HR hiring functions in a call center work setting.
  • At least one year of pure experience in a call center is a must
  • Excellent written communications skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and plan work activities
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and deadlines is needed
  • Record of proven call center accolades is desirable
  • Knowledge of Basic HR Practices
  • 4 year degree preferred.
