Position Description
Responsible for day to day operational activities of end user support, network & systems administration. Reports to Head of IT Operations Department and assists him in meeting the organization’s IT needs

Some of the responsibilities include
· Support end-users with HW/SW IT-related problems in a responsive and service oriented manner.
· Setup, management, and maintenance of IT-related equipment.
· Network administration of PCs, printers and user accounts. Support in administering the organizations WAN infrastructure.
· Assist with the troubleshooting, installation, and implementation of systems. Assist the supervisor in project work which aim to improve company technology infrastructure.
· Management and administration of local AD (configuring objects and user settings, providing acces permissions for groups and individuals ect...)

Qualifications

· IT related education.
· 1-2 years of similar work experience. Demonstrated working knowledge of hardware and networking basics.
· Ability to install, configure, troubleshoot and support Windows clients and servers.Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
· High level of analytical thinking to solve problems with an understanding of technology
· as well as an ability to ask the right questions and apply solutions to business problems
· Ability to multi-task and can handle frequent interruptions. Can work independently with little management direction
